We’re obviously on the opposite seasons, but oh, I so love being able to pull out those cozy clothes and recipes after what often feels like an endless summer!
I bought a walking treadmill for the winter, but now moving back to the outside. My garden. Love this time of year as things start coming up. Haha, I walk around everyday to see what is new and getting bigger. Reading, yes. I am a book a week person. Fell away from it while working my last 4 years, it was exhausting. Having retired 19 months ago, reading again. Meditation. I discovered it for me two years ago. My critters. I live in a woods along a river, so many critters running and flying around. Such peace and joy.
Thank you for this. It made me stop and think about the positive.
I love all of these things! We live in a condo, so don’t have space for a garden, but I’m hoping to get some plants and herbs out on our porch this year and can’t wait to see them grow!
I’m here for all the what’s saving my life lists! It’s walking too for me and a text thread with moms in my town.
Sounds so lovely! Constantly amazes me how something as simple as walking is always so life giving!
Fire pit in the backyard (it’s autumn in Australia) and getting to pull out all my winter clothes and recipes 💛
